Join us for the March Family Tree DNA Club meeting, at which genetic genealogist Michelle Leonard will be speaking about Master Research Trees and the ways in which they are such a boon for DNA family history.
At the live webinar Michelle Leonard will be explaining:
• what a Master Research Tree is;
• how to built one;
• and the many ways in which it will facilitate your DNA family history research.
When using DNA for family history we find ourselves dealing with a wealth of numerous DNA matches and possible family connections. This is great… but it’s easy to get in a muddle, to find you have duplicate names, or have missed spotting possible connections. And that’s where a Master Research Tree comes in.
A Master Research Tree is different from your main family tree; it’s a tree that you create and use alongside your main tree. It’s in your Master Research Tree that you can explore possibilities, spot otherwise-missed connections between matches, and work out where a DNA match fits on your tree. All extremely valuable for DNA family history.
Come along and see how you can get the benefits with Michelle Leonard’s excellent Master Research Tree-building tactics.

The meeting will take place on Zoom, on Wednesday 18 March, 12.30pm (UK time)
