Following on from their successful launch event in November 2020, The Family History Federation and Parish Chest will be holding their second Really Useful Family History Show. Taking place on Saturday 10 April 2021 it will combine a rich programme of talks, family history exhibitor booths, and show attractions. All available for the day ticket price of £10

What can a show-goer at the second Really Useful Family History Show look forward to?

  • More than 20 top presentations on a wide range of genealogical topics - which will be available for ticket holders to view for 7 days (so no need to rush your show day).
  • More than 60 exhibitors - on hand to advise you about useful family history products and memberships and/or share tips and useful research pointers.
  • “Ask the Experts” sessions - pre-booking is essential to save your spot, and get the opportunity to ask a professional AGRA (Association of Genealogists & Researchers in Archives) researcher for some genealogy advice.
  • Workshops - presented by members of the Register of Qualified Genealogists (RQG), the Family History Federation and FamilySearch your genealogy learning will be in great hands, in these small group, hands-on learning experiences. ).
  • A goody bag…!
  • And the Family Tree Study Club - Usually the club is available to subscribers to Family Tree, but at the Really Useful Show the Family Tree team will be holding two sessions which are available to any Really Useful Family History Show ticket holders.
