Pro Subscribers usually are entitled to a 10% discount on 1921 Census images and transcripts - their discount will be automatically increased to 50% for the period of the offer.
No subscription to Findmypast is needed to take advantage of the offer however.
After being locked away for a hundred years, the 1921 Census was released exclusively online at Findmypast on 6 January 2022, in partnership with The National Archives and the Office for National Statistics.
The 1921 Census is the last significant census release for England and Wales for 30 years; the 1931 Census for England and Wales was destroyed in a fire, and the 1941 Census was not taken due to the Second World War. The 1951 Census won’t be available until 2052 to comply with the 100-year-rule.
