How to find your Family Tree subscriber number

Here's our handy guide on locating your subscriber number, simple follow the steps below.

Select 'Welcome back' in the top left-hand corner of the page

Then select 'Edit your profile'

STEP 3

Your account number is then shown under your contact details

STEP 4

Take your account number and remove the zeros, then start this with FT20. If your number was 00028477 it should now look like: FT2028477
