Explore billions of family history records at MyHeritage
MyHeritage has announced the publication of 1.3 billion historical records in 37 collections from all over the world including: USA, UK, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, and Ukraine.

The records, added to the MyHeritage website during April and May, include birth, marriage, death, military, census, newspaper records, and more. Many of the collections include high-quality images alongside the index. With this update, the total number of historical records on MyHeritage has now reached 18.2 billion.

Among the highlights are:

1.2M records added to a Canada and US newspaper name index

5.2M records added to the MyHeritage United Kingdom Death Index, 1980-2022

2.6M records added to the exclusive Germany, North Rhine Westphalia (Arnsberg, Detmold, and Münster), Deaths 1874-1938 collection
