Join us for the September Family Tree DNA Club webinar, at which Michelle Leonard will be tutoring us in how to cluster our DNA matches
DNA Detective Michelle Leonard advocates two different methods of match organisation. Which method you should utilise will depend on your personal DNA circumstances.
Michelle Leonard recommends: ‘If you have a robust family tree and have tested several family members and/or identified a reasonable number of identified matches, it’s best to start organising your list using the Direct Ancestor Groups Method.
However, ‘if you don’t have many testers or identified matches or you have a recent unknown ancestor mystery with large blank sections on your tree then the A, B, C, D method would be the best starting point for you.’
Join us for Michelle Leonard’s talk and learn:
• How to set up colour-coded group
• How to add people and who to add
• How to use your groups to begin identifying where your matches fit on your family tree.
When & where?
The webinar will take place on Zoom on Wednesday 17th September, 12.30pm UK time, with Michelle Leonard.
