Thinking of using family history software—or switching to something new? Join us for a practical, honest guide to RootsMagic, one of the most popular genealogy programs available today. This live session will walk you through installing the free version, importing your family tree, navigating key features, and making the most of tools like DNA matching, source citation, and chart creation. We’ll cover both the free and full paid versions, highlighting what works brilliantly, what to watch out for, and tips for avoiding common pitfalls. Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced user, this is the perfect RootsMagic refresher.
