Trace your ancestor’s lifetime – discover the key sources, cradle to grave

Discover the key records to trace your ancestor’s lifetime from cradle to grave, look at the sources that will help you learn about their birth, marriage, and death. Includes records to help you uncover the house history of their home, the local history surrounding them, their occupations, and more. Attendees will all be provided with a handy check list of these key records so that you can try them out yourselves at home. The presentation will be a case study, following the life and timeline factors of one individual, showing how to gather the evidence and piece it together to trace your ancestor’s life story.
The workshop will be hosted on Zoom and begin at 6.30pm GMT on Thursday 26th November. It will last 1 hour 30 mins (inclusive of questions time).
