Can you help? The MOD is seeking volunteers to try out their new online service and give feedback.
The MOD is the custodian of the service records of deceased military personnel across the three services and Home Guard. Records date from the early 20th century.
Until now, to request a record, applicants have needed to complete and post paper forms. The MOD is now creating an online service, currently in its testing phase, and is seeking volunteers to try it out and give feedback.
How can I get involved?
Feedback captured will contribute to design improvements made before the service goes live. If you would like to participate in a 20-minute online session to try out the new service and give your feedback, please email Lauren Phillips.
The project team will seek further inputs from you after your initial interest has been registered. Please note that your assistance will not result in service record documents being sent to you, but will be invaluable in enabling the MOD to bring the tool online.
