Let Rob Kayne take you for a walk down one of London's major roads. Charing Cross Road is a relatively modern thoroughfare, opened in 1887. Yet it holds a rich vein of history. In this talk, Rob Kayne uses photos to remind many of us of the delights of the area. Find out about, or remember, trips to the bookshops, exploring the radio surplus and record shops, the Jacey cinema, Tin Pan Alley and the Moo Cow milk bar.
