This fascinating made-to-order document presents Ordnance Survey map extracts centred on your home or property of choice taken from individual surveys of your area which commenced circa 1841 through to 1945. After the initial survey, every county in England & Wales was further revised between 3 and 5 times during this period, thus your personal Portfolio will contain multiple extracts illustrating these mapping editions. A typical Portfolio contains 7 historical map extracts.

In addition to the above historical mapping (which comes complete with a legend to aid interpretation), your Portfolio will also contain a contemporary (circa 2000) full colour aerial photograph (scale 1:2,500) and a complimentary full colour extract taken from current OS Explorer mapping presented at 1:15,000 scale (worth £5.95). Again, both extracts will be centred on your Portfolio's location.

Your Portfolio will also contain a wealth of additional material compiled by Dr. Nick Barratt including background information and useful guides to additional resources.

Your personalised Portfolio is presented in a handsome and high quality storage case that features a handy internal device that allow for safe removal and replacement of pages without damage. The storage case also allows you to insert additional pages.
